• Do not use LandShop for spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, exploitation, or abuse.
• Do not bypass permissions, scrape private data, probe security, automate abusive requests, or interfere with LandShop systems.
• Do not publish malware, phishing links, credential traps, deceptive redirects, or content designed to manipulate users.

Land And Listing Standards

• Only publish property, service, marketplace, experience, or business information you are authorized to share.
• Be clear about ownership, representation, location, availability, pricing, restrictions, external links, and material conditions when known.
• Do not hide known defects, access problems, ownership disputes, title issues, illegal uses, unsafe conditions, or material limitations.
• Do not market land, rentals, experiences, food, animals, hemp, services, or regulated goods in a way that violates applicable law.

Outreach And Contact Rules

• Respect do-not-contact, opt-out, suppression, and channel permission flags when using Hunt or any contact workflow.
• Do not use LandShop to send unlawful calls, texts, emails, mailers, or messages.
• Do not pressure, deceive, or misrepresent terms when contacting owners, buyers, sellers, guests, vendors, or community members.
