Using LandShop
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping sign-in links, passwords, and devices secure.
- You may use LandShop only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable laws.
- Beta access may be approved, denied, limited, paused, or revoked at LandShop's discretion.
- LandShop may change, remove, or restrict beta features while the product is being tested.
Land, Listing, And Marketplace Information
- LandShop does not guarantee that listings, parcel information, ownership details, zoning notes, maps, values, demand signals, or imported data are complete, current, or accurate.
- Users are responsible for verifying title, access, boundaries, permits, restrictions, utilities, water, taxes, financing terms, and legal use before relying on any property information.
- LandShop is not a broker, attorney, surveyor, lender, title company, tax advisor, or financial advisor unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
- Users who publish listings, services, products, experiences, jobs, posts, or messages are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, permissions, and safety of that content.
Content And Permissions
- You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant LandShop permission to host, display, process, index, format, translate, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
- Do not upload or publish content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it on LandShop.
- LandShop may remove, limit, or review content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, spammy, infringing, or inconsistent with the product.
Beta Availability
The beta is provided as-is. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, delayed, or changed without notice. LandShop is not responsible for losses caused by outages, incomplete data, user decisions, third-party providers, or reliance on beta functionality.
Payments And Transactions
For the current non-payment beta, users should not treat LandShop as a payment, escrow, closing, or transaction authority unless LandShop explicitly enables a separate payment flow for that account or transaction. Any future paid features, subscriptions, checkout, LandPay, refunds, seller payouts, taxes, or transaction terms may be governed by additional terms.
