Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, username, profile details, beta access status, and authentication/session records.
- Content users choose to create or send, including listings, marketplace items, services, experiences, posts, messages, support requests, saved items, and uploaded media.
- Land and business information submitted during onboarding, import, listing, support, or admin-assisted setup.
- Technical and usage information such as device, browser, IP address, referrer, pages viewed, searches, feature interactions, and security events.
- Notification data such as in-app notifications, web push subscriptions, notification preferences, and delivery status.
How We Use Information
- To create accounts, manage beta access, support onboarding, operate LandShop features, and keep user sessions secure.
- To show public profiles, listings, services, marketplace items, experiences, community content, and other user-published surfaces.
- To send account, support, beta, security, message, and product notifications by email, in-app notification, or browser push when enabled.
- To review abuse, improve search and inventory quality, diagnose reliability issues, and understand which beta workflows need attention.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, protect users, and respond to valid legal or safety requests.
Sharing
- Public profile and listing information may be visible to other users and visitors based on the feature and publication status.
- Service providers may process data for hosting, email delivery, storage, analytics, security, maps, and support operations.
- Admin-assisted onboarding may involve LandShop staff accessing or editing account, business, or listing information with an audit trail.
- We may disclose information when required by law, to protect LandShop or users, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
Choices
- Users can edit profile details and notification preferences from Settings.
- Browser push notifications require explicit browser permission and can be disabled in LandShop settings or browser/device settings.
- Users may request account or data help through [email protected].
Retention And Security
LandShop keeps information as long as needed to operate the beta, support users, preserve audit/security records, comply with obligations, and improve the product. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we use practical safeguards such as secure cookies, server-side permission checks, rate limits, and access controls.
